Start by posting the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostcis

note my one 10TB has a SMART ping of 199UDMA CRC error count   but it is very old and been corrected

A few sync errors after an unclean shutdown are expected, if you haven't yet run a correcting check.

Still showing some ATA errors, you should replace cables.

I will see if I can replace the cable again.   

 

is there anything else that it could be?

First run a correcting check, then a non correcting one, post new diags if there are still sync errors.

No errors after a parity check now
