Mac USB creator tool is telling me it can't run

I have a 2012 iMac and I'm running macOS Catalina. When I run the USB creator tool I get a message that the developer needs to update the program. 

 

Also, I tried to follow the tutorials on building the installer on mac, but that was a dead end when the version install was incorrect for QT stuff.

 

Last I tried running on Windows but it will not show my disk and let me select it as an option.

    You could always try the legacy manual method for creating the flash drive thus avoiding the need to use the USB Creator tool.
