I've had my newly built unraid server up and running now for about 3 months and now i am getting some errors here on one of the seagate drives and i'm wondering if this is drive failure or what i should do here.    I do have a couple extra drives here i could replace it with just wondering what i should do.

    It's logged as a disk problem and the SMART test failed so it should be replaced.
