Limiting network interfaces shown to docker container

I have an hamachi docker container and it works when set to host network mode, but that exposes all of the network adapters.

 

 

Is there a way to limit this to just br0?

 

The problem I've been having is that when I leave the hamachi docker running, it will eventually bring my network to a crawl, and I'm not entirely sure why... I'm presuming there's a network loop somewhere.
