I am currently on Proxmox, but in the process of backing up my data in preparation to switching to Unraid.  My current setup is an nvme drive where the OS and the VMs/LXCs were stored.  I have a 5-drive raid where I stored all of my files, media, etc.  I mounted folders from the raid into my VMs and containers to keep the containers small and centralize storage.

 

What is the best method for this continued setup?  I have 1 nvme and 5 hard drives.  I'd like to model my setup the same way.
