If I have jumpers on my EARS drives does this setting in 4.7 need to be set to MBR-Unaligned or MBR 4K Aligned?

    So if they are jumpered leave the setting at MBR unaligned?

    Yes. EARS with jumpers are the only drives that should be MBR-Unaligned. All other drives including EARS without jumpers should be MBR 4K Aligned. There is no benefit to removing the jumpers from your EARS drives.
