ReiserFS was the only choice before Unraid v6. It has been recommended since then to convert your disks to XFS. Converting to another filesystem reformats the disk, so you would have to copy its data elsewhere.

You should also make sure that ReiserFS is not the default FS in Settings / Diskl settings.
