Hitachi 2TB drives on sale for $102.99.  They are 7200 RPM and proven to work well in unRAID.

On eBay.  Seller has over 4,000 sales and a perfect 100% feedback score.  I asked if they were sealed and carried manufacturer warranty and he told me yes to both.  There are about 30 of them, and auction due to end Feb 28.

 

Newegg sells these for $120.
