OS Update- status "unknown"?

Currently am running 6.8.3 on our main server at work. I've been trying to update the OS to the latest version, but the status is shown as "unknown". Is there any way I can force update?

    It might be the firewall issue, but that's something I cannot control since we are under an organization's controlled network. Is there any way to update by updating files on a USB drive or something like that?

    You can download the update and replace all bz* files on flash with those from the download.
