Unless I'm misunderstanding it said its going to email me a new key. How long does that take usually? Its been about 30 mins. Its a VERY old (exact version unknown, think DECADE) key I was upgrading from, I don't know if that changes anything.

or have I completely misunderstand what its doing here?

Make sure you check your Spam folder/Junk Folder. Sometimes things get sent there.

I already did. I guess I'll give them a day and contact support if I still have nothing.
