[Solved] Setup new my server plugin, Can't access GUI

Featured Replies

I connected my server to the online my server app. I followed the guide by spaceinvaderone. I did have to remove internal DNS and make it all external. It appeared to work just fine. Then I noticed that my nextcloud docker wasn't working. I was getting an execution error. I restarted the server and it never reloaded on the restart page. I can no longer access my server via local IP. I tried to go to it via the my servers tab but it redirects to my nextcloud server that is behind my swag instance. I tried removing my IP forward for SWAG from 443 to 1443 but now the link goes to my unifi dream machine. I am at a loss as I can't get to my server. I thought about trying to put a monitor on my server and use the console to shut off docker but I can't find the right command. Thoughts?

I was able to get back into my server. I ran "docker stop nextcloud". Then "/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start". I am now into the GUI. I somehow had my nextcloud set to 443 on my main unraid IP. I am not sure why this didn't break before. Sorry to make this then fix it myself. I really didn't think I could solve it on my own, Hopefully this helps out someone in the future.

I have the same issue at the moment.

I installed a few days ago the my servers plugin. Now I changed some hdd’s to a new cage, started the server. But it isn’t accessable in the webgui. I tried the ipadress, tried via the my servers page and that url, and even rebooted in the webgui mode, the localhost adress doesn’t work.

Anyone an idea how to solve this?

Do you have access to your network shares or any other apps that are hosted in it? That would be a good indicator of whether the server is actually running at all. I had to hook a monitor and keyboard up to mine. If you get can send the command "/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start" it should either start the web GUI (NGINX) or tell you something else.

After checking sata cables, the array started after reboot. I tried your solution, but got this response:

starting nginx server deamon…

nginx: [emerg] SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey(“/etc/ssl/certs/unraid_bundle.pem”) failed (SSL: error:0B080074:x509 certificate routines:X509_check_private_key:key values mismatch)

Part of this setup was attaching an ssl certificate. It sounds like that may have broken. You are definitely outside of what I can do. It sounds like you need to redo that certificate. You should probably make a new topic. Since this one is listed as solved I doubt that many look at it.
