10gb card only showing 1000mb speed

i have a Dell Broadcom 57810s Dual Port 10gbe card and i thought all this time it was working with my 10g switch (netgear GS110MX) but i just notice that its not

NIC supports and is advertising 10GbE:

Problem is this:

Are you sure that you are on one of the 2 10Gb ports of the switch ?

from ethtool it seems eth9 is 10Gb compatible but the partner is not.

I plugged it into the second to last port of the switch is there anything else I can do

Other than testing with anther switch, or another NIC on that switch no much more I can think of.

You could try a different cable.
