WebUI not working after attempt at hardware transcoding

Server Version# :6.9.1
Nvidia Driver Version: 465.19.01
GPU: Quadro P2000
WebUI: http://[IP]:[PORT:32400]/web

I was following the instructions on this page. [Plugin] Nvidia-Driver - Plugin Support - Unraid. After I completed the steps my plex docker WebUI is unable to connect. It just takes me to a page that states it is not working and that my ISP # is not sending any data. Also, I have hardware acceleration when available and encoding checked in plex as well. Any help would be appreciated.
