I am running unraid 4.5.4, and have been for several months.  It just runs and runs as it should. I use no cache drive. The array has all 2TB Hitachi drives (4d + 1p) and room for a total of 12 drives.  The array is about 60% populated. It is used to store Movies, Muisc, and backups of other systems

Should I think about upgrading to 4.7 or should I wait for stable 5.0?

If I do the upgrde to 4.7 what is the best way to do it completely safely?

TIA

If it is working for you, wait a bit more for a stable 5.0.
