DNS Rebinding question

So sorry if that has been asked before.

 

I disabled DNS Rebinding on my Fios router and was able to setup remote access just fine. My question is I assume I leave DNS Rebinding disabled to keep this working. Am I opening up a security risk I should be worried about? Do people just leave this disabled with no issue?

    3. Adjust your preference.
