From one day to another I had all my dockers and VMs working normally then the next morning my VMs are gone with this message "Libvirt Service failed to start." and my dockers have no network connectivity even though everything on my networks side says that it should be working. I have restarted and ran "docker safe new perms."

Please help.

Your docker.img at least is messed and corrupted.  Best course of action is Settings - Docker, disable the service, delete the image, then re-enable followed by Apps - Previous Apps.

 

This will also have the result that it'll wind up on the cache drive, instead of it's current disk3 so you'll also see a speed bump.

This looks to have worked great so far for the dockers I have. Its still saying "Libvirt Service failed to start." for my VM's.
