Second cache drive/pool is getting share data even though the share is setup to send data to first drive/pool.

What are using to do the downloads and (potentially) the move to the final location?   I suspect whatever you are using is by-passing the User Share system and simply creating the folder on the same drive as the downloads.

radarr. But my container config hasn't changed, only thing that has changed is that I added the second cache pool a few weeks ago and changed the share to cache the new pool.

The screenshots in your first post demonstrate that the documentaries share is set to use cache pool, and that the discratch pool has files for the documentaries share. But the screenshots do not demonstrate that they were put there while the share was set to use cache.

As I mentioned I think you will find it is a quirk of the way radarr is interacting with the underlying Linux system on unRid and that is resulting in the User Share system being bypassed and the target folder ending up on the same drive as the download folder.
