tr0910
I sent in my order for a pair of plus keys on Sat for a build I need to do. I immediately received an order confirmation email, but nothing since. How do I make sure that my order didn't get lost? regards Tim Quote Link to comment
ratmice
I received a key, yesterday. Look for an e-mail from Tom Mortensen, subject was "RE: Credit Card Order - Invoice #XXXXX" Quote Link to comment
dyrewolfe
Check your junk folder. It may have been flagged as spam. Otherwise, shoot lime-tech an inquiry. http://lime-technology.com/company/contact Quote Link to comment

Perhaps paypal is the problem? Quote Link to comment

Perhaps paypal is the problem? I'm sure that's possible. I'd give it till the end of the day (2 full business days since you placed your order) and if you haven't received anything by then, send an email to lime-tech and include your order number, date of order etc. Quote Link to comment

tr0910
Tom sent it immediately to a hotmail address, but nothing arrived at all. Not even in spam. He resent it to my gmail address and now I have everything. Note the problems with Hotmail though.... Check your junk folder. It may have been flagged as spam.
