Newbie here and asking if what the parity drive contains? 

 

I accidentally mounted the parity drive and to my surprise it contains folder/files. Is this expected?

 

I thought parity drives have no filesystem?

    I think that if you have a single Data drive, the Parity drive acts as a mirror.

    When using two Data drives and more, it is not the case anymore.
