Mover not functioning after upgrade

Ever since the upgrade, my mover just doesn't move files out of cache, which is filling up my cache folder rapidly.  I've run it manually as well with no fix.  Support zip attached

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
