[SOLVED] Docker in "Rebuilding" State

Hi.  I am not sure what I have done to made this happen.... but my docker is in rebulding state and the webpage is reloading after 1 sec. 

 

I can delete it using GUI.

 

Is there any way to remove it by bash?  Is there any other way to fix this?

    Well, that was my mistake....  There was a wrong extra-parameter and it make it happen!
