Red X on parity Drive

I have a red X on my parity drive with the following SMART attributes and Attributes tab:

Does this drive need replaced?

    SMART looks fine, diagnostics before rebooting might give more clues.

    I hope that helps, any info I could get would be great, I have the red x on the parity drive, and another drive stuck read only

    Problem with parity looks like a connection issue, replace both cables.

    Diags are spammed with the ATA errors about parity, if replacing the cables fixes that post new diags after to see about the read only drive.
