[EXPIRED] 10% off HDDs at Newegg

Featured Replies

10% off all internal HDDs at Newegg with promo code EMCKHHF224.  Promo code expires at 11:59pm PT on 02/26/2011.

For example, it brings the 2 TB WD EARS down to $80.99.

And the Hitachi 5K3000 to $80.99.

And the Seagate Barracuda LP ST32000542AS down to $71.99.

I take it is a one drive limit. Tried to do 6 drives and it only gave me 10.00 off.

No drive limit, but a limit of $10 off no matter how many drives you buy.

All I got was this when trying to use it:

Sorry, the promo code EMCKHHF224 you've entered is invalid.

I think it was only good for the 24th

Nah, it says goo till the 26th, but I believe you have to be signed up for email notifications for those codes to work on your account.

NewEgg charges me tax, since I live local to one of their offices so I got a drive somewhere else for less.

Sadly dead early... thought for a moment I could get 10% off the new $79.99 price on the EARS drive.  That would have been an amazing deal!

Yeah, I went to buy a drive with the code last night, and got the same error. Went back and looked at the email, and while it was titled "72 hour sale" the box for 10% off drives said "Today only". Boo, now I need to find another deal for an F4 that I can get before Thursday.

Thanks for posting this though OP, just wish I would have acted sooner.
