Help with server locking up

Hi,

 

Can anybody help? 
 

Sometimes I can’t access the web page using the IP address even though the server is still powered up, sometimes the server will switch itself off and for the last couple of days I’m struggling to watch a film with out it locking up. 
 

I think I’ve download the logs but they don’t make sense to me. Been following spaceinvaderone’s videos on how to set it up but have no clue on how to sort problems out. 
 

Any help would be much appreciated!

    3. Adjust your preference.
