Correct way to remove all my parity drive

I am currently have a 11 device array with 2 x parity disk under my Unraid 6.8.3

 

I would like free up all the protection drive (i.e. 2 x parity drive) from the array for temp. data storage.

 

What is the correct and safe way to do so?

    Stop array, unassign one or both parity drives, start array.
