Downloading Packages issue

Featured Replies

I noticed when I try to download a package in the unmenu pkg manager, it takes a while and then I receive this;

How does the download actually work? I have two 4.6 boxes on the same lan with one working fine when downloading and installing while the other gives me the message above.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Camel

Generally that indicates you have not set the gateway or DNS server correctly in the settings on the unRAID settings screen.

What do you see if you log in and type:

net lookup google.com

What do you see if you type:

ping -c 5 google.com

Yup,

DNS and some other issues because I had the wrong gateway.

Pings are all good. DL's and installs are working as they should.

Thanks Joe, for taking note of the obvious!
