I am only using using the fron 24 bays, Unraid boots just fine with any 11 HDD's but any 12th causes it to go to the error pictured below.

When all are plugged in, it sees them but still fails, if any of them 11 or fewer are used, it boots just fine.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have discord if that makes it easier to communicate.  Psyco Panduh#0869  -- Hope everyone is having a great day and thank you for your help in advance!

Pls try step by step, once boot success, you can ignore other step

1. Set HBA bootable to disable.

2. At motherboard BIOS, identify HBA's PCIe slot, then disable that slot Optrom loading.

3. Update HBA BIOS and Firmware.

4. Update mobo BIOS.

5. Erase HBA's BIOS and Firmware.

I just want to learn from my mistakes/lack of knowledge.

Not your fault, this is compatibility problem, we just found a way to overcome it.

The last step ( update Mobo, HBA, BIOS/Firmware ) usually recommend, but those could make things worse, so I will put it in last.
