So I got a new monitor with a built in KVM and I wanted to use it at my desktop and with a VM on unraid. So I check in my devices and it seems like all my USB ports are on the same hub? I even tried the internal USB port and it shows in the same iommu group.

I have ordered a USB header to USB 2.0 port but am wondering if the internal header will be the same?

Motherboard is a gigabyte mx31-bs0.

Secondly when I hit shutdown from unraid it shuts down fine but when I booted back up after swapping the USB stick around I had a notification of an unclean shutdown and begin performing a non correctable (or something like that) parity sync.
