[SOLVED] Cannot Start Unraid 6.9.2 after reboot

Featured Replies

Hi guys, Im really desperate. I spend the last 3 hours trying to fix my server, but I dont know what really happend . after a reboot its not accesible by gui or webgui, the only way I can access the server is via command line ore webgui in safe mode. I dont know much about troubleshooting unraid, this is the first time I got this time of issues.

I attached the diagnostic file if someone please can help me.

If safe mode is working it's likely a plugin, uninstall them all.

thanks for your help. Do you have a easy way to do it? because in safe mode I dont see the plugins to be able to remove them. I asume it need to be done by command line right?

Each plugin will have a .plg file on the flash drive under config/plugins.    It is this file that triggers a plugin to be installed during the boot process so renaming this file to have a different extension and then rebooting will stop such plugins from installing.

I moved all the .plg files to a nother directory. now the webgui is accesible, but the array is not starting, and I dont see any error messange .  :(

Disk4 is missing, check all connections.

That was a test becouse the license toldme I had to many disk, and tested to remove it, but then I put it back and didnt make any diffrence (the disk is empty)

OK, but the array won't auto-start with a missing disk, you can start it manually if you click the checkbox next to array start, but still need to remove the disk from the array, even if it's empty, or the array will be unprotected.

i got you, my mistake was to upload the old diagnostic file. I already put the disk back but its not starting automaticly or manually.  Its really strange, at least for my level of knowledge
