Windows 10 vm help

Hey team I'm so new at this and need help I've just installed unraid 6.9.2 and when I go to install a windows 10 vm I get this screen and not a windows boot ? I'm trying to follow speceinvader one video  .can you please explain why this is happening

You have to be fast unfortunately.  Start the vm and open the vnc as fast as possible and hit a key to start the boot.  Otherwise there is also a way to boot from here but I forget how.  You have to exit from this prompt and then do something.

If you aren't fast enough, you can type exit at that prompt and you will see a normal bios, just scroll down to Continue.  Still have to quickly hit a key after that to boot from cd though.
