April 25, 20215 yr Currently I am using borg + rclone and it seems to be working fine. But I am not super comfortable with bash scripts and would prefer something with GUI. Recently I come across Kopia and it looks impressive, it matches borg in terms of features, it is cross platform and also has GUI. Hence wondering if anyone has used Kopia and what has been your experience? Any other views are also welcome. Edited April 25, 20215 yr by gautam
October 29, 20214 yr resurrecting this thread as i am curently testing kopia (docker) so far tested with repo : B2 - work as expected S3 - i had some issue with the tls... but migth be on my side Kopia repo server - work as expected The issue i have for now in not really on kopia itself, but on the perm the container have to read data to backup....
September 5, 2025Sep 5 Vorta may be worth a look as it's a borg gui front end and is available in community apps
