motherboard IDE/ SATA issue

Guys,

    I aded drive number 6 and the controller is showing is as IDE even though it is SATA... Someone told me to check the bios, but im not sure how to make that show up as SATA and not IDE.... little help?

 

Mobo is a Biostar P88A (recommended on this forum).. attached is a screen shot of the bios:

 

 

I want to preclear this and get it up but I dont want to take a performance hit.

    The "On Chip SATA" and "SATA Combined Mode" should be dead giveaways.  The first should be set to AHCI and the later should be disabled.

    Sorry first didnt see a AHCI in the menu and then did that without changing combined to OFF.... I think I got it now... thanks!
