Hamilcar Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 (edited) Hi, Today the fix common problems plugin reported this. I have installed mcelog via the nerdpack as advised, and I've included diagnostics in my post. Thank you for your help ! Edited May 1, 2021 by Hamilcar Quote
Squid Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 Googling suggest to make sure that the Turbo clock set in the BIOS doesn't exceed the spec's of the processor. May 1 08:47:44 PatricksNAS root: MCA: Internal parity error Quote
Hamilcar Posted May 1, 2021 Author Posted May 1, 2021 I never changed that value and unfortunately I’m not close to the machine. Do you think I can ignore it ? Quote
Squid Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 Probably (just reboot). If it recurs a lot, then you'd have to handle this (either check the settings, or change the CPU) Quote
Hamilcar Posted May 1, 2021 Author Posted May 1, 2021 (edited) Thanks I did have a lot of improper shutdowns recently due to a UPS issue, so we’ll see. edit: After a reboot the issue is no longer showing. Edited May 1, 2021 by Hamilcar Quote
