Unraid loosing connection. Only way to start it again is a full reboot.

Hello,

I've been using unraid as a media server for quite some years now without issues. Yesterday I added a new drive, precleard it, formatted it and added it to my array. I managed to transfer some files over the new drive. Then upon waking up this morning, saw my server went offline. I reset router, unplugged ethernet cable, etc. I managed to get it working again by doing a full reboot but when I start my dockers, server lose connection again. Then I have to full reboot again to only have access to the webGUI for a few minutes before it loses connection again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you access the command line?

Do you have a monitor and keyboard attached?

Yes both. Plugged in, monitor was getting a signal but I had a black screen. So I shut it down again and rebooted it to see if it could start normally. But now I can’t even get it to post

Edit: hard reset everything. Modem, router, server. Seems to be working fine. But ethernet speed is down from 300/300 to 100/100

Edit2: Might be a faulty cat6 cable. Just ordered a new one. Will update when I get it and test new cable.
