It's one of their to low to show specials.

They NEED to open Fry's stores in more cities, they always have the BEST deals. This thing is $43 shipped from their website, that's almost double their in store price.

any idea how long?

Not really.  I asked the guys in the motherboard section how long these specials run and got a shrug and guess of 1 week.  Probably until next Monday.

He said I could come back tomorrow and get another so at least another day.

I too wish I had a fry's in my area.  The closest one is 2 hours away.

The downside to Fry's is they ran off Good Guys, Compusa, Circuit City and a hand full of local computer parts stores.  I'm sure there were others that I'm not aware of.

I have the only two Tiger Direct stores in the country outside of Miami, and they've got crappy goods and high prices. 'd love to have a Microcenter or even better a Fry's. The closest one to me is over 6 hours away. Circuit city and CompUSA were both super overpriced. My brother worked at CompUSA and even with his discount things were pricey. We still have a bunch of Intrex Computers stores that are also boutique stores so they're overpriced too.

Good thru Thursday, March 3.  They also have the Zotac 6100-E-E for $19.99 after rebate. These together are part of Rajahal's micro and mini builds...

Wow, under $50AR is a steal for this stuff.

CompUSA, and Circuit City ran themselves out of those locations...And very nearly out of business altogether. More than likely Good Guys wasn't too dissimilar a case.

Just called my local Fry's in Oregon and they had 12. Going to pick one up later today.

Thanks!

I wish Frys.com had the same price as the stores.

DFW, TX ftw!!!!

We got Fry's, microcenter and compusa (tigerdirect)

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

If you're in the Triangle, then yeah, I know what you mean. Service @ TD/CompUSA is pretty bad around here. It annoys me they never seem to keep the same stock either. It changes from week to week so if you find something you like and go back later to get another, it's usually not sold anymore. If you go, you better know what you're looking for w/out asking for help and be prepared to hunt for it.

I've been to Intrex a few times over the years, but they've never been at the top of my list mainly due to a lack of selection and prices.

Yup. I'm in Cary, and it's a long haul to even go to Tiger Direct (that has just changed names to CompUSA), so it's just not worth it for me. Where are you located?

RTP/Durham.

hopefully they will have the deal tomorrow. Gonna go pick one up. Already have an extra PSU and zotac 6100ee bored so I'm well on my way to building a vortexbox or HTPC or something. By the way I am using the sempron 140 and 6100ee in my new unraid build and it runs great. Anyone wanting to see it its in the pimp my rig thread.
