Server CPUs hitting 100%

Hello, For some reason as of late my server will periodically hit 100% on all cores. I'm not sure why. Can someone help me figure out the issue ? Please and thanks I am running UnRAID 6.9.2 I've attached the diagnostic for review unserver-diagnostics-20210504-1446.zip
