Extremely Slow Network Access To Shares

I have an UnRaid server running 6.9.2 which has extremely slow access to shares. for example to burn and verify a 700MB CD can take over a hour???

 

Please find attached diagnostics file

 

I have also noticed that the CPU is at 100% but don't know why, I am not running any dockers and minimal plugins

    Try stopping the integrity plugin, it's hashing files.
