May 6, 20215 yr Community Expert No - you really want 0 errors. Was it a parity sync or a data rebuild that was running?
May 6, 20215 yr Author it was a rebuild after replacing disk 1 of 6. I was also having trouble with disk 3, and I am replacing that next. Edited May 6, 20215 yr by xrqp
May 6, 20215 yr Community Expert Every error indicates a possibly corrupt sector on the rebuilt disk so not a good sign. Whether those sectors are within files, metadata or free space is impossible to tell. Do you have backups os anything important or hard to replace?
May 6, 20215 yr Author For Disk 1 and 3, Yes, I have backups. Most of it is not too important. For the rest of the 6 disks, the data is important, and is backed up. I am guessing 115 errors could all be in one sector (if I am lucky), or in up to 115 sectors. It didn't tell me which drive, or is it saying it is the parity drive? If I can figure out which drive it is, Should I replace it, or just keep an eye on it and see if errors increase? Edited May 6, 20215 yr by xrqp
May 7, 20215 yr You really need to post your diagnostics. Tools -> Diagnostics. Post the resulting zip file.
