BRILLIANT! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Missing Key File whilst on trial

I am starting to lose faith in Unraid. First I waste money on buying TWO USB sticks that should work but don't (blacklisted). And now, OUT OF THE BLUE, Unraid is stating - "Missing Key File". I'm on a trial and now I've lost access to EVERYTHING. 

I follow the sign in steps...it says key recovered, but then says "missing key file"....I'm now also getting the error - "Fatal Flash Drive Error."

This is absolutely ridicoulous. I've lodged a support ticket but it says the turn-around is 3 business days. I only JUST built the blody thing.

What the hell do I do?

Had you installed the Unraid.net Addon & Configured it properly?

If you had, maybe you can pull the keyfile out of the backup
