So I upgraded my server hardware and am now getting lots of IOWAIT activity causing it to run slow whenever SABNZBD is active. 

Have the same LSI SAS2008 card plugged into a PCIE 3.0 x16 slot on both systems for my array. 

 

Previous Hardware.

Mobo: X9DRi-F

CPU: Dual E5-2643 v2

Memory: 64GB 8500R

 

New Hardware.

Mobo: x399 Taichi

CPU: Threadripper 1900x

Memory: 32GB DDR4-3200
