Can you help me to set my array?

Hi everybody,

 

need your help. I have these drives:

 

2x WD40EFRX (2x WD RED 4TB)

1x WD10EZRX (1x WD Green 1TB)

1x WD20EZRX (1x Wd Green 2TB)

 

I tried wdidle3 /R and then /S300 on both Green drives but I could do it only on the 2TB, it said that it couldn't find the 1TB. Both Green are not young anymore, 5-6 years, and the 1TB has data on it. So, I'm thinking about starting with this array:

 

Parity 1: WD Red 4TB

Data 1: WD Red 4TB

Data 2: WD Green 2TB

 

and then connect via USB the 1TB one, copy everything (is it possibile?) and keep it as an external backup since wdidle3 failed on it. Or is it safe to use it in the array?

What do you think?
