Can I build a test unraid and then move everything to an already active usb with pro key?

here is what im facing now..

I bought a pro Key, i installed unraid on another box, i built another unraid server with an eval usb license. i want to get it all configured then bring the usb that has the pro key on it to the new build, can i copy the eval key configurations to the usb key with the pro license on it and bring it up registered? 

What is the process? i dont want to generate a new license as the usb is good and need to save it incase something fails.
