May 15, 20215 yr Hello all, Overnight something happened with my key file and now unraid is telling me it's missing or corrupt. I've tried re-installing the original key file via the URL in the original purchase email, but it errors out. Normally I'd try rebooting, but dockers seem to be working OK now, and I'm afraid unraid won't boot up again without a valid key file. Any help would be greatly appreciated, diags attached. May 15, 20215 yr Author seems like there was some catastrophic failure. might be hardware, not sure yet. all SSDs and the USB drive have disappeared. Trying a reboot now.
May 15, 20215 yr Author did a full power cycle and now things seem to be normalish. parity check running. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But if someone can spot any clues in the diag files about what happened that would be awesome. maybe it's time to replace the guts. May 16, 20215 yr Community Expert Flash drive dropped offline, if using a USB 3.0 port try USB 2.0 instead.
May 19, 20215 yr Author is that what precipitated all the other devices dropping as well? It was already in a USB2 port.
