I woke up this morning to see some errors on my disk 1 array and a message showing current sector pending count increased.

I'm currently running a smart extended test.

 

Should I replace my disk1 drive?

Wait for the test to finish and proceed according to the result.

Result of the extended test passed with no errors. The smart attributes didn't change and the current pending sectors are still at 16

If the extended test passed the disk is fine, at least for now, and the pending sectors are a false positive, but if you want they can usually be reset with a full disk write.
