Webui starting to hang

The webui for my Unraid install has started to hang when I run more docker containers. When I have a look top I can't see any particular processes hogging CPU or memory. I'm running a Ryzen 5 2600 and 32GB of RAM with CPU generally maxing at 20% load and RAM up to 50%. I tried killing all Docker processes to get the webui to respond but it doesn't come back until I restart the server.

 

I'm not really sure where to look for issues, I saw some suggestions that the Docker vdisk could be full but that's only using 16GB out of 40. My appdata is configured to save to /mnt/user/appdata/ for all containers. I'm not sure what else I should look at.
