Issue with server crashing every few days

I built a new server using unraid and everything is working great but about once a week the server stops responding, nothing on the terminal screen connected and I'm forced to hard reboot.

I'm not experienced in debugging this kind of problem so I've attached the diagnostics following the reboot I just had to do hoping someone can shed some light on the issue.

    I have syslog setup and i've attached it for todays crash, nothing interesting in their from what I can seesyslog-127.0.0.1 (5).log

    Something is not correctly configured with the syslog server, nothing is being logged.

    Enable the Mirror Syslog to Flash option.
