Flash permissions

I have installed Subsonic http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=4700.120 , and I can't seem to connect to subsonic until I enter the "flash" drive from my LAN network.  Once I do this I am able to use my android phone and connect to subsonic via LAN.  But the problem is when ever unRaid reboots I experience the same issue and rendering Subsonic useless.

I think my permissions for flash may havechanged.  I don't know a thing about linux, so if someone can help out.

I attached my syslog.

Here is my go script:

installpkg /boot/packages_global/powerdown-1.02-noarch-unRAID.tgz

#!/bin/bash

# Start the Management Utility

/usr/local/sbin/emhttp &

/boot/unmenu/uu

cd /boot/packages && find . -name '*.auto_install' -type f -print | sort |

installpkg /boot/packages_global/jre-6u20-i586-1.txz

/boot/scripts/subsonic_start.sh

/boot/scripts/shutdown_jobs_add.sh
