Passed through GPU, and now I can no longer ping/access unraid host

I followed spaceinvader one's instructions to passthrough my GPU to a VM. It worked fine, and I am currently using it to write this post. I have network connectivity on my VM, but can no longer ping or reach my unraid host. Probably did something wrong in the network configuration, but I cannot figure out how to access the gui now, since my CPU does not support onboard graphics, and my only GPU is passed through to this VM.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
