Expanding VM disk size not working

Hello All, 

 

I just finished setting up a new VM today after installing two NVME drives on my MB. Then setting them up in a separate pool together.  I setup the domains folder to be on this new NVME pool.   I followed spaceinvaders VM setup guide an everything is working with the original drive size of 70.  But I am now wanting to expand the size of the drive like I used to do (via spaceinvaders video). 

 

But within windows the C drive will not let me expand.... to the unallocated space  

 

anyone else having this issue??
