Unraid randomly drops/blocks a drive

I have a system using a ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME X370-PRO motherboard.

Bios version 5603

Ryzen 7 2700 processor

16gb ram

1 x 4tb wd red parity

1 x 1tb wd re4 drive

2 x 4tb wd red drive

1 x 2tb wd green (i think) drive.

2 x Samsung evo860 500gb cache drives

Power supply is a coolermaster masterwatt 650.

It runs a windows 10 vm passed through to a nVidia geforce gt1030

(The bios for the GT1030 was extracted from the same device.)

and Nextcloud/Collabora and associated dockers.

Once every 7 to 14 days in will drop a drive from the array.

It can be any of the drives. (Today it was the parity drive)

The fix is to restart the array without the drive, then reintroduce. Then restart and let it rebuild.

Then within a couple of weeks it will drop another drive.

Memory tests complete without errors.

The power supply, I think is big enough and in good condition.

I was getting some strange errors on the cache drives in the logs. Didn't really understand what they meant, so

I moved the cache data to the array and reformatted the cache drives and restored the data.

Then a week later, the parity drive went offline.

Diagnostics attached below.

Can anyone help?
